Bitcoin ( BINANCE:BTCUSDT ), like other assets, began rising after the initial agreement news between Iran and the U.S. Once financial markets opened, especially with the rise of U.S. indices like the S&P 500 ( FOREXCOM:SPX500 ), Bitcoin also had a bullish trend over the past few hours, gaining about 4–5%.

Currently, Bitcoin is in the heavy resistance zone($76,600-$64,850), near the Potential Reversal Zone(PRZ) and the Cumulative Short Liquidation Leverage($68,650-$67,400). There’s also a likelihood that the upper line of the ascending channel will act as resistance.

From an Elliott Wave perspective, the recent 9–10 day upward move could simply be part of a corrective wave. It’s possible that the main wave 4 completes around $69,000–$67,000, after which Bitcoin could begin to decline.

I expect Bitcoin to start dropping from the Potential Reversal Zone(PRZ) and Cumulative Short Liquidation Leverage($68,650-$67,400), at least toward the support zone($64,760-$64,160). If it breaks the support line with strong momentum, we could expect further declines and even the filling of some CME gaps.

First Target: $65,023

Second Target: $63,980

Stop Loss(SL): $69,739(Worst)

Cumulative Long Liquidation Leverage: $65,300-$64,490

Cumulative Long Liquidation Leverage: $63,560-$63,000

New CME Gap: $64,160-$64,000

New CME Gap: $63,750-$63,430
