Price is recovering off a horizontal support zone that has been respected on multiple touches over the past sessions — the same level reacted sharply this time too. The leg down into that level broke short-term structure aggressively, but momentum told a different story: the lower oscillator printed a clear bullish divergence at the low, with price matching/undercutting the prior swing low while momentum carved a higher low. That's a sign downside pressure was already exhausting into the move, not confirming it.

Since the low, price has reclaimed the short-term descending trendline that had capped every bounce attempt off the last high, flipping that resistance into a near-term support test. This recovery is also happening inside the broader ascending channel that has framed price action since the 13th, so the higher-timeframe structure stays intact as long as price holds above it.

The zone I'm watching now is the projected Asian session range marked on the chart. A clean break and acceptance above the Asian high opens the door toward the marked target zone above it. Losing the Asian low — or the horizontal support beneath it — invalidates the long.

Trigger: break + retest of the Asian range high, or a confirmed hold of the reclaimed descending trendline as support
