Conservative Scenario — Black
The current advance may be developing as an Impulsive structure. Wave (3) may already be complete, or one smaller subwave may still be required to complete it. If the structure continues to respect the rules and guidelines of an impulse, we would expect Wave (4) followed by Wave (5), completing the larger impulsive sequence.
After the corrective phase that follows, the market could begin a larger Wave (3), potentially developing through another impulsive structure or a nested 1–2, 1–2 sequence.
Aggressive Scenario — Turquoise
The same bullish move is interpreted differently here. Rather than being the beginning of a larger impulse, it may represent the first leg of a Classic Zigzag — 5-3-5.
In this case, the current advance would be part of the corrective structure, potentially leading toward the completion of Wave (B) of Wave (II). If the internal structure remains corrective and the rules and guidelines continue to support this interpretation, another decline could follow to complete Wave (C) of Wave (II).
The key distinction is therefore not the immediate direction of Bitcoin, since both scenarios currently allow for further upside. The key is whether the internal structure develops with the characteristics of an Impulse or a Zigzag.
For now, we follow Structure, Rules & Guidelines, Fibonacci relationships, alternation, time/price proportion, and Price Action. The market itself must confirm which interpretation is gaining control.
