Hi friends! 🦬🏔️
❌The Friday factor that I mentioned in the previous post unfortunately played out very well. The market saw a fairly aggressive sell-off. Price moved through the 76,000 level almost without any reaction, missing the 73,700 correction level marked on the chart by only a small margin.
Additional pressure on the market came from news surrounding the ongoing uncertainty related to the Iranian conflict. This increased investor nervousness, triggered additional position closures, and led to the breakdown of an important support level.
✅At the moment, price has already returned back into the 76,000–78,000 trading range, largely due to more positive news regarding the Iranian conflict. This means the previously mentioned scenario becomes relevant once again:
🚀 «A breakout above 78,000 would most likely continue the move toward 82,500 and higher — toward the previously mentioned targets.»
⚰️ «A breakdown below 76,000, on the other hand, could open the way for a continuation of the decline toward 73,700.»
Today is Memorial Day and an extended weekend in the US 🗽, so the main market moves will most likely come after the opening of tomorrow’s US trading session.
For now, we continue riding the Iran-US rollercoaster 🎢
