BTC – Key Level + Macro Alignment

Bitcoin is pushing into the 79K–80K resistance zone, where momentum is starting to slow after the recent move up. Structure here looks like a potential lower high / distribution, especially if price fails to break and hold above this level.

If we see rejection, I’m watching a move back toward 68K–65K, with potential for a deeper correction below.

There’s an interesting pattern with Fed Chair cycles where BTC has seen major drawdowns each time. With Kevin Warsh expected in May 2026, a similar trend could point toward a ~50% decline from highs, with a possible move toward the $40K area and a broader buy zone between 50K–40K.
