The market structure on the 30-minute chart exhibits a classic institutional distribution and displacement profile, maintaining a strictly bearish order flow narrative.
Market Structure Shift & Distribution: Following an initial Market Structure Shift (MSS) and a series of consecutive Break of Structure (BOS) levels lower, the market confirmed strong institutional selling interest. A prior major STOP HUNT at the premium highs successfully cleared internal buy-stops before displacing price deeply into discount areas.
Secondary Stop Hunt & Imbalance Creation: Recently, price engineered a sharp corrective rally to target retail buy-stops resting above local resistance. This secondary STOP HUNT purged short-term liquidity before a heavy bearish displacement candle rapidly printed, leaving behind a wide, unmitigated Fair Value Gap (FVG) between 64,700 and 65,300.
Draw on Liquidity Target: Price has currently completed another minor break of structure to the downside. The technical strategy anticipates a corrective pullback into the newly formed premium FVG to mitigate remaining institutional sell orders. Once filled, the algorithm is expected to aggressively expand downwards to sweep the ultimate major Sell Side Liquidity pool resting near the 63,600 horizontal low.
