LITHUSD Bullish Divergence. Price Action Soon

Lithium is coiling into the apex of a long, downward channel. Should see a move soon. I see a bullish divergence as price has been going down with strength going up and a lot of volume coming in consistently. Major resistance just underneath $0.03 (zoom out). What are your thoughts?
