Look at the August - November 2024 low and compression period. The 6-February 2026 date can be equated to 5-August 2024.

What happens after the low 5-August 2024? The market starts to prepare for a very strong bullish wave.

Notice that high volume shows up 10-November and when this happens the action is still within the sideways range.

The same is true today. High volume is now present but the sideways range is not yet broken. The really high volume precedes, predicts and reveals the start of a bullish cycle.

While it took months of consolidation in 2024, this time the same doesn't need to be repeated. The market can alternate and tends to alternate between cycles.

The next difference comes with the direction the market took after the end of the last bullish wave. This can also vary... We are entering new territory, but as the long-term bearish cycle is over, we expect a period of sustained long-term growth. The higher highs and higher lows mentioned in the previous article.
