“Bitcoin is showing a strong bullish structure on the weekly timeframe.
We can clearly see a W pattern formation, and the neckline has already been broken. After the breakout, price is now coming for a retest of the broken zone, which is acting as fresh support.
At the same time, we have a three white soldiers pattern, indicating strong buyer momentum entering the market.
If this retest holds, we can expect a continuation towards the upside.
Our next major target is around the 0.618 Fibonacci level, which is near $83,600, aligning with a strong resistance zone.
From a risk management perspective, we are maintaining a 1:2 risk-to-reward ratio, with stop-loss placed below the support zone to protect the trade.
