The Volume Profile Heatmap (VPH) indicator (brand new) provides some insight into the potential next move for $BTCUSD. The VPH isolates high-interest price levels based on recent volume. Unlike standard volume profiles, this indicator focuses on "clean" volume, filtering out historical data that has been invalidated by subsequent price action to show where the current supply and demand reside.

The current heatmap shows that the major overhead resistance is at $97 to $99k, shown by the brightest cyan band above the current range. This area represents the most recent high-volume resistance node. Below the current consolidation area, the $74 to $69k high volume support zone looks like a magnet, likely acting as a primary support floor where a retest there would likely see a strong bounce.

My current outlook: We are ultimately heading to below $75k in the not too distant future. It is likely that we see a nice bounce from there and then I would need to reevaluate. Before we go to $75k, it is possible we sweep the daily high at least once to grab some of the $97k liquidity before moving down. I'm about 50:50 on if we get that sweep or not.
