As we can see, Right from Bitcoins first meaningful ATH in 2011, The DXY was Dipping before hand.
After the ATH, DXY Rose....Then levelled out, decreased some as Bitcoin Headed to the Bitcoin ATH in 2013
DXY had a more meaningful rise in Value as Bitcoin decreased, until Bitcoin reached its Low.
From there, BTC rose and DXY Ranged and eventually dropped as Bitcoin reached its 2017 ATH.
As Bitcoin retreated, DXY Rose slowly but steady and continued to do so even as Bitcoin reached its Low....until 2020 when Bitcoin began to rise sharply.
DXY began to recover after the March 2021 Bitcoin ATH and continued to do so as Bitcoin reached a New ATH in November 2021.
Tihs recovery contiued through the Bitcoin Bear market of 2022 and peaked just before the Bitcoin Low in Dec 2022.

And this is where things have changed.
DXY retreated sharply as Bitcoin began recovery But if we look at the High to High points, DXY was Loosing value as compared to the slight rises in prevvious cycles.
We even saw DXY make a big push higher as bitcoin went to ATH in 2025
DXY then lost value sharply as Bitcoin Hit ATH Zone and has ranged ever since.
Bitcoin is consdered to be in its LOW or very near.
DXY should have been rising.

This is due to Monetary policy trying to make the DXY mere affordable and to encourage investment....But this seems to be NOT happening as we see Money outflows from the USA.

So what does this do to Bitcoin ?
I have honestly No idea and anyone that tells you they do is to be treated with caution.

We do have to pay CLOSE attention to the DXY right now.....If that starts heading past 103, this will weaken Bitcoin a Lot.

And some will look at that chart and scream STRONG BEAROSH DIVERGENCE and I would reply, "it all depends which asset is abive the other".
However, I am lookng at the DXY PA post 2013 BTC ATH, how DXY ranged spiky as Bitcoin retreated from ATH and then Shot up.
This could happen.....Nothing is impossible with the $ Monetary system
