XRPUSD: 1.5625 Is Still the Main Breakout Level

XRP continues to trade inside a narrow consolidation range, holding between 1.3671 support and 1.5136 resistance for the sixth straight week. Price recently tested the upper part of the range but failed to secure a breakout, which keeps the market in wait-and-see mode for now.

The key upside trigger remains 1.5625. A confirmed breakout above this level would be a major technical signal, as it could push XRP out of its broader descending structure and open the way toward 1.9980 and 2.3519. If buyers manage to clear that zone, the chart would shift from consolidation toward a much stronger recovery setup.

On the downside, 1.3671 remains the main support level. A break below it would hand control back to the bears and expose the next downside targets at 1.2695, 1.1718, and 1.0742. So while XRP is still trading sideways, the next directional move could be significant once one of these boundaries breaks.

From a technical perspective, the setup remains mixed. Bollinger Bands are flat, which reflects the ongoing consolidation, while MACD is hovering near the zero line with limited momentum. Stochastic has entered oversold territory, which suggests the market may be close to a short-term rebound, but that alone does not confirm a broader reversal. On the weekly chart, Bollinger Bands are still pointing lower, showing that the long-term downtrend remains intact for now. That makes the 1.5625 area especially important as the main reversal trigger.
