XAUUSD (Gold) Long Setup | Demand Bounce Toward 5125
Gold is trading into a well-defined demand/support zone at 4965–4975, which has already produced multiple bullish reactions. This area previously acted as structure support and continues to show strong buying pressure with repeated wicks and failed breakdowns, indicating absorption of sellers.
After rejecting the 5040 supply, price formed a controlled pullback inside a descending corrective channel rather than an impulsive selloff — suggesting this move is retracement, not reversal.
We now see:
• Higher low forming at support
• Trendline compression (descending wedge structure)
• Selling momentum weakening
• Strong RR from the base
This creates a buy-the-dip setup from demand aiming for a breakout continuation.
📈 Long Plan
Entry zone: 4965–4975 (demand + base support)
Stop loss: Below 4960 / below last swing low
Confirmation: Bullish engulfing / break of descending trendline
