Back in May, I posted this pattern already and it plays out now
Famous Head and Shoulders pattern is in the making again but on the lower price level
All parts are in place already as the Right Shoulder has been shaped completely
and the price reached the Neckline
So, the price is about to trigger down the Neckline, which aligns perfectly
with the Volume Profile support area (blue circle) around $61k
If target is measured by classic approach then it goes negative based on the height of the Head
deducted from the Neckline. Let's skip this extreme outcome and focus on possible support
areas.
1st support is represented by largest traded volume (red line) at $27k
2nd support is located at the bottom of 2022 at $15.6k
