Will Ethereum Price Bottom at Range Lows ?

Ethereum price action remains firmly range-bound on the higher timeframe, with a clearly defined range high and range low guiding market behavior. Recent attempts to trade above the range high can now be classified as a failed auction, where price briefly explored higher levels but failed to find acceptance. This deviation above resistance has since been rejected, bringing Ethereum back into the established trading range.\n\nWhen price re-enters a range after a failed breakout, it often increases the probability of a deeper rotation toward the opposite side of the range. In this case, the downside target sits near the range low support around the $1,300 region. This level represents the lower boundary of value and is a key area where buyers may attempt to defend price.\n\nIt is also important to note that beneath this range low lies the June 2022 swing low below $1,000, which acts as a significant liquidity pool. If Ethereum trades into the range low and spends time consolidating, it opens the probability of a swing failure pattern (SFP) at or near this major low. Such behavior would indicate a liquidity sweep followed by a sharp rejection, often leading to a rotational move back into the range and potentially beyond.\n\nFrom a technical and market structure perspective, Ethereum remains rotational until acceptance occurs outside the range. Until then, deeper corrective price action remains a valid scenario.
