$BTC Short Setup: Watching Resistance After the Bounce

BTC has bounced after the recent sharp move lower.

For now, I am watching this as a possible resistance reaction setup.

The main resistance zones I am watching are:

77.4k–77.6k

78.4k–78.7k

If BTC fails to reclaim these areas cleanly, downside pressure may continue.

The invalidation level for this short idea is around 79.8k.

If BTC breaks and holds above that area, the short setup becomes weaker for me.

This is not a blind bearish call.

I do not want to chase price after the drop.

The idea is to wait for a bounce into resistance and then see whether price rejects or reclaims the zone.

If BTC rejects from resistance, the downside scenario remains valid.

If BTC reclaims the resistance strongly, I will adjust the view.
